Enable Media Replace < 4.2.2 - Editor+ Stored Cross-Site Scripting

Description

The plugin is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping, allowing authenticated attackers with Editor-level access and above to inject arbitrary web scripts that execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. This only affects multisite installations and installations where `unfiltered_html` has been disabled.
