Caldera forms < 1.9.5 - Admin+ Stored Cross-Site Scripting
Description
The plugin does not sanitise and escape the Form Name before outputting it in attributes, which could allow high privilege users to perform Cross-Site Scripting attacks even when the unfiltered_html capability is disallowed.
Proof of Concept
Create/edit a form, and put the following payload in the Form Name via the Form Settings: "><script>alert(/XSS/)</script> Then edit the form again the trigger the XSS
