Hestia Nginx Cache < 2.4.1 - Missing Authorization

Description

The Hestia Nginx Cache plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized access due to a missing capability check on the purge() function in versions up to, and including, 2.4.0. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to purge cache.
